Lavender Essential Oil

There are myriad uses for this lovely Organic Lavender Essential Oil from Naissance, but during times of stress and uncertainty which we are all currently experiencing, it is wonderful to help bring calm and to aid restful sleep.  Try a few drops in the bath, on your pillow, in a diffuser, or in a base carrier oil to rub onto the skin.
