DELIVERY
At The Dreamland Tree we know that when you've placed an order you want it to arrive safely and quickly.

If you have any enquiries regarding delivery, or if your gift is urgent or you would like it delivered before or after a certain date, please contact us and we shall do our best to help.

For deliveries to different addresses please place separate orders.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. And you can choose Standard or Express Delivery and prices vary according to size of package:

Standard UK Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may take up to 7 Working Days.

Express UK Delivery (1-2 Working Days)

International Delivery

For all International Delivery (Including to the Republic of Ireland) please contact us for a quote, which will be based on weight.
RETURNS
If your parcel or any of the contents have arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your name, address and email or phone and with details of the issue. We shall do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. All items must be intact and in re-saleable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser or person returning the items. We strongly recommend you return items by recorded delivery because The Dreamland Tree cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. A refund, less delivery charges (detailed above) shall be issued as soon as possible following receipt of the item/s.
